微波干燥稻谷的研究

摘    要:应用微波炉对粳稻种子粮(郑粳五号)进行了微波干燥研究,选用不同的加热功率和加热时间,比较微波干燥前后稻谷水分、发芽率、爆腰率的变化,得出低功率、长流程的工艺条件干燥稻谷,可在降低水分的同时,保证稻谷的种用品质及爆腰率增加值低于5%。适宜的功率和时间是保证稻谷干燥效果的主要条件

Abstract:By using microwave stove process of microwave drying rice(Zhenggeng 5 # Seed grain )was studies in the conditions of different power and different temperatures.Through comparing the changes of rice moisture content,germinative capacity and the rate of cracked seeds in the process,the drying technological parameters of long time and low power treatment were obtained.The results showed that the seed quality was normal and the increasing value of the rate of cracked seeds was lower than 5% after drying;drying power and drying time were the main technological conditions during the treatment process.
