| Abstract: | Amphoteric starch is an important modified starch.It is used widely in industry and has excellent applied capability.In this paper,the types and the introduced methods of anionic groups and catonic groups of amphoteric starch are reviewed.The preparation and application of amphoteric starch are also commented. |
