| Abstract: | Based on the theory of passenger transport service quality for the city public vehicle,the evaluation model and research method of passenger transport service quality for the city public vehicle were presented by the fuzzy theory and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).In addition,the fuzzy evaluation of actual example was given. |
