摘    要:为了研究排气温度、空速、氨氮比等因素对选择性催化还原(SCR)钒基催化剂的催化特性和氮氧化物(NOx)转化效率的影响以及催化剂的储氨特性,进行了相关台架试验.结果表明,在不同区间内,温度和空速催化特性的影响是不同的,但在某些区间上影响很小,而排气温度对催化剂催化特性的影响要远大于空速对催化特性的影响.排气温度过高或过低均会抑制催化剂的活性,使NOx转化效率较低,温度为300~400℃的催化剂活性最好,在此区间的NOx转化效率最高可达95%以上.

Bench Test of SCR Vanadium-Based Catalyst Characteristics

Abstract:The effects of exhaust temperature, space velocity,ammonia nitrogen ratio(NSR) and other factors on the catalytic characteristics of vanadium-based SCR catalyst, NO~ conversion efficiency and catalyst ammonia storage characteristics were studied by the bench test. The results show that in certain intervals of temperature and space velocity, the effects are different, sometimes they are very small. However,the exhaust gas temperature has a greater impact on the catalytic characteristics than the space velocity. The exhaust temperature either too high or too low can inhibit the activity of the catalyst and cause a lower NOx conversion efficiency. The catalyst activity ranging from 300℃ to 400 ℃ is the best and in this interval NOx conversion efficiency can raise up to 95% or more.
