多路输出型单端反激式开关电源设计

摘    要:从单端反激式开关电源、单端反激式变压器和绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)驱动电路3个方面,对开关电源电路进行了细化分类与设计.利用UC3844芯片设计了单端反激式开关电源电路,利用316J芯片设计了IGBT驱动电路.结果表明,所设计的开关电源电路能解决高频开关电源的控制问题.

Abstract:From three aspects of single-ended flyback switching powers,single-ended flyback transformers and IGBT driving circuits,switching power circuits were classified and designed.The UC 3844 and 316J chips were used to design a single-ended flyback switching power circuit and a IGBT driving circuit respectively.The switching power circuit designed can solve the control problem of high-frequency switching powers.
