| 摘 要： | 多糖类是一类具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗辐射、抗炎、抗疲劳和抗衰老等作用的生物大分子物质,此作用与其具有的抗氧化性质相关。综述了多糖抗氧化和清除自由基的作用机理及国内外在多糖及其衍生物抗氧化性质方面的研究进展。指出研究多糖及其衍生物的抗氧化活性,对于天然抗氧化剂的开发具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Polysaccharide is a kind of biological macromolecule. It has immunomodulatory,anti-tumor,ant-iradiation,anti-inflammatory,anti-fatigue and anti-aging effects, which are related to its antioxidant properties. The paper summarizes the action mechanisms of antioxidation and eliminating free radical of polysaccharide, and the research progress on the anti-oxidation activity of polysaccharide and its derivatives which is of great sigificance to the development of natural antioxidants. |
