| Abstract: | Based on the ISO / IEC international standard of identification cards, this paper pres ents a scheme for stripe cards reader, which adopts 8031 single chip microprocessor as its main component, and discusses the decoding procedure in which cards are moving through the read-head in bilateral directions. |
