摘    要:力学与切削速度垂直的平面中发生再生型颤振,进行了研究.将工件子系统和刀具子系统简化为单自由度模型,建立了切削系统的传递函数分析模型,并计算分析了切削系统的各参数对颤振稳定性阈限的影响,提出了相应的改善切削加工稳定性的措施.

Abstract:The regenerative chatter occured in the plane perpenticular to cutting speed is dicussed using the concepts of the effective cutting stiffness and the effective cutting damping. In this work,the workpiece subsystem and the tool subsystem are modeled as single degree freedom systems and a new transmission function analysis model of the cutting system is estabilished, the effect of the cutting system's parameters on the chatter stability margin is also calculated and analyzed. The methods to improve the machining stability are given simultaneously.
