摘    要:考虑到行人与非机动车辆过交叉路口的需求 ,对交叉路口进行六相位模糊控制 ,以队长最短作为控制目标 ,以当前相位绿灯已开放时间、当前相位队长以及当前相位与其后继相位的队长差综合作为决策变量 .若连续三个周期中各相位最大的队长均大于一个值或均小于另外一个值则使用定时控制 ,更加切合实际情况 .应用此方法进行仿真研究 ,结果令人满意 .

Abstract:This paper presents an intelligent control method for a single intersection. We take not only mobile vehicles but also non-mobile vehicles and pedestrians into consideration. The control goal is the vehicle procession being shortest. The decision variables are time for green light of current phase, procession length of the current phase and procession length difference between current phase and its next adjacent phase. Furthermore, if max processions of every phase in three continuous circles are longer than a constant or shorter than another constant, we take on time control, which is accordant with practical condition. The simulation result demonstrates that this control method is viable and effective.
