基于WAMS Light的配电网电压安全在线评估

摘    要:随着风电、光伏等间歇式电源渗透率的提高,配电网运行特性变得更加复杂,尤其是低压配电侧,电源出力波动、随机充电负荷的影响更容易引起电网状态的偏移。进行电压安全性量化评估需求分析,并以二元表为电压安全评估依据,提出一种改进的电压安全裕度指标评估方法。该方法考虑了整个评估窗口中电压偏移的累积,计及电压偏移程度和电压偏移持续时间的共同作用。基于IEEE-39节点系统和某区域电网实际数据对算法进行验证,结果表明电压安全裕度指标物理概念清晰,并具有较好的线性度和光滑度。该方法在轻型广域测量系统(wide area measurement system light,WAMS Light)中实施应用,实现电压安全性在线量化评估。

Abstract:With the increasing permeability of wind, photovoltaic and other intermittent power source, distribution network operation characteristics were becoming more complicated, especially in the low-voltage distribution side, the fluctuation of power output and load was more likely to cause the deviation of power grid states. A quantitative requirement of voltage security was analyzed, and an improved voltage security margin assessment method was proposed based on the binary table of voltage security contrains. The accumulation effect of voltage offsets in the evaluation window was considered, which combined the degree and duration of voltage offsets. The method was verified with the IEEE 39-bus system and actual data recorded by WAMS Light, the results showed that the proposed voltage security margin index was of good linearity and smoothness. The online assessment of voltage security was deployed with the applications of WAMS Light.
