| 摘 要： | 水资源危机日益加剧,而水价是缓解水资源危机的有效手段.水资源价值是水价形成的基础.结合济南市的实际,分析了影响水资源价值的主要因素,给出了相应的定量方法,建立了水资源价值模糊评判模型,计算出了不同年份的水资源价值.

On fuzzy comprehensive appraisal model for water resources worth |

| Abstract: | Water resource crisis is more serious than ever. Water price is one of useful method for relaxing water resources crisis. Water resources worth is the basis of water price. Considering the practical conditions in Jinan City, the main factors which affect water resources worth are analyzed. The quantity method for the factors is given. The fuzzy comprehensive appraisal mathematical model is established. At last, water resources worth is computed for different years. |
