试论浙中菜厨斗方对饮食文化的观照

文章对浙江省东阳市的菜厨斗方作品进行了文学性和艺术性的分析研究,认为其具有四个方面的基本特征:在语言格式化上观照共同的口味与审美趣味,在意境创设上生动别致、充满想象,在思想内容上包含了从生活积淀到道德修养,在艺术特色上极尽夸张之能事。
