宽叶香蒲湿地原生动物及植物群落多样性分析

摘    要:对凡口铅锌矿宽叶香蒲(Typha latifolia)湿地水体、基质、植物多样性进行分析,结果表明原生动物群落生物多样性指数与水体中的Cu呈极显著负相关,与TSS、COD、Pb呈显著负相关,与pH、EC无明显相关性.湿地植物群落多样性指数与土壤中N、P呈负相关,与基质中Pb、Zn呈显著的正相关.

Abstract:The protozoan, soil and plant diversity in a Typha Latifolia wetland system at Fankou Pb/Zn mine were analysed. The results show that the bio-diversity indices of protozoan communities are markedly correlated with the available Cu contents in the water negatively, and are correlated with TSS, COD and available Pb contents in the water negatively. The bio-diversity indices of the Typha communities are negatively correlated with N and P in the soil, and positively correlated with available Pb and Zn contents in the soil.
