摘    要:为了将磷尾矿进行资源化利用,用不同温度下焙烧的磷尾矿对低浓度含磷废水进行了处理。研究了焙烧的磷尾矿投加量、氨水协同处理、反应温度和反应时间等因素对低浓度含磷废水的处理效果。结果表明,投加2.5 g/L的950 ℃焙烧后的磷尾矿,在反应温度为20 ℃、反应时间为20 min时,含磷废水的除磷率达到99.44 %,初始浓度从44.51 mg/L降至0.25 mg/L,达到《污水综合排放标准(GB 9897—1996) 》一级标准。投加氨水作为助处理剂可提高磷尾矿对含磷废水的处理效果。

Treatment of Phosphorus-Containing Wastewater by Roasted Phosphorus Tailings

Abstract:To realize resource utilization of phosphorus tailings, phosphorus tailings roasted at different temperatures were used to treat low concentration phosphorus-containing wastewater. The effects of the addition of roasted phosphorus tailings, ammonia water co-treatment, reaction temperature and reaction time on the treatment of low concentration phosphorus-containing wastewater were studied. The results showed that the addition of 2.5 g/L phosphorus tailings roasted at 950 ℃, the phosphorus removal rate of the phosphorus-containing wastewater reaches 99.44%,and the initial concentration reduces from 44.51 mg/L to 0.25 mg/L when the reaction temperature is 20 ℃ and the reaction time is 20 min, reaching the first-level standard of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 9897—1996)". Adding ammonia water as auxiliary treatment agent can improve the treatment effect of phosphorus-containing wastewater by phosphorus tailings.
