| 摘 要： | 当前鄱阳湖生态经济区建设已进入加快推进的关键时期，研究成立鄱阳湖生态经济先导区的思路与对策，有利于加快推进鄱阳湖生态经济区建设，有利于加快转变经济发展方式，助力产业结构转型升级，对于打造全省核心增长极、推动“昌九一体、龙头昂起”战略具有至关重要的意义。本文分析了鄱阳湖生态经济区的发展基础以及面临的挑战，提出了鄱阳湖生态经济先导区的设置思路与推进措施。

| Abstract: | The current construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Pilot Zone has entered into a critical period of acceleration. The study about ideals and measures of setting up the Zone can help accelerate the development and transform the way of its economic development, which benefits restructuring and upgrading the industrial structure and has a crucial importance to build the Jiangxi Province＇s core growth pole and to promote the strategy of＂Integrated Nanchang and Jiujiang, Advanced Jiangxi＂. This paper analyzes the challenges and the development foundation of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Pilot Zone, and proposes the ideas and promoting measures for the Zone. |
