| 摘 要： | 在对商业软件的需求分析时，常常发现需求问题杂乱无章难辨认，运用软系统方法论恰能很好解决这个困难，同时很多商业组织要求新的软件系统通过商业过程重组来提高经营效益。为了达到以上目的，本文创建了基于软系统方法论的商业过程重组软件需求分析法。

| Abstract: | The problem is hard to identify when demands analysis on commercial software are carried out, and soft system methodology can be used to solve the difficult. Meanwhile it is necessary to reform commercial procedure for increasing vendition. This, article presents soft system,methodology based demands analysis method to solve these two oroblems. |
