浅析网络平台在人力资源管理课程教学中的应用

随着信息技术的高度发展,越来越多的信息化教学方式被运用到大学课堂。网络教学对提高大学课堂教学的实效性、互动性、灵活性等都有重要意义。网络技术与教学整合的新的教学模式可将以老师为主的讲授课堂逐步转变为以学生学习和咨询型为主的互动型学习课堂,并且还可开辟第二课堂,让师生分离下的远程教学也能取得良好效果。本文主要结合人力资源管理课程的实际性,部分教学内容可结合网络平台,充分调动学生的积极性,让学生与老师互动,使学生加深对所学知识的理解和运用。

Discussion on the Application of Network Platform in Hunan Resource Management Teaching

As information technology is highly developed,more and more informative teaching mode was applied to the University classroom.Network teaching on improving university teaching effect,interactive,flexibility is very important.Network technology and teaching new teaching mode can be mainly teacher teaching class is gradually converted to student learning and consulting type based interactive learning classroom,and can also open up the second classroom,teachers and students under the separation distance teaching can achieve good results.This paper combined with the course of human resource management practice,teaching content can be combined with the network platform,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students,teachers and students interaction,through the relevant experiments and evaluation of software can make the students to deepen their understanding on the knowledge and application.
