皮革喷浆机信号采集电路的改造设计

摘    要:基于某皮革喷浆机的结构特点和技术要求,针对原系统中存在的问题,进行了调整和改善,从降低成本的角度出发,重点研究了系统模拟采集电路的改造。本文主要介绍如何利用单片机与PLC的通信来减少系统对PLC输入点的需求,降低设计成本,提高皮革喷浆机的性价比。该方法对其它需要大量输入和输出接口的系统提供了可借鉴的经验,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Based on the structure characteristics and technical requirements of Leather shortcreting machine,According to the problems existing in the system,makes the adjustment and the consummation to the equipment.From the perspective of the cost reduction,focus on the system reform of the analog acquisition circuit.This paper mainly introduces how to use the communication of the microcontroller and PLC to reduce the demand of PLC's input and cost,improving the performance of leather shortcreting machine.This method for other needs a large number of input and output interface system provides experience for reference,have certain application value.
