| 摘 要： | 文章首先分析了第三方网上支付发展现状,对不同类型电子商务的第三方支付模式进行了比较研究,并提出了协同支付理论。进而针对当前第三方网上支付存在的问题,采用协同理念构建了多部门参与的第三方协同网上支付模式,以期为第三方网上支付的发展提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the development of third-payment, analyzes third-payment of different E-business models, and presents the collaborative-payment theory. According to existing problems of the third network payment, this paper adopts collaborative concept and consturcts the third collaborative network payment based on multi-sectors cooperation. |
