| 摘 要： | 本文分别从事物的发展规律、劳动关系学科的自身属性探讨了劳动关系学科的特点，结合我国国情指出劳动关系学科建设中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策建议，以期能够在劳动关系的学科建设中起到一定的促进作用。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the characteristics of labor relations,lying on the laws of development of la- bor relations disciplines and its own attributes subjects. Then we point out the problems that exist in the building of labor relations disciplines in light of China＇s national conditions, and propose countermeasures in order to play a facilitating role in the building of the subjects of labor relations. |
