DYNA-FOGR MAXI-PROTM 2P 2743型超低量喷雾机雾化性能的实验研究

摘    要:针对一种先进的新型喷药机具DYNA-FOGR MAX I-PROTM 2P 2743型超低量喷雾机,应用雾滴谱显微镜测定方法在实验室测量了该喷雾机的雾滴粒谱及喷雾量与粒谱的关系。试验表明该机喷射雾滴直径NMD为25μm,VMD为50μm,适用合于大型仓库、车站、码头、垃圾场等大面积区域的灭虫、灭菌防治作业。

Abstract:This paper illustrates the theory and structure of the ULV sprayer of DYNA-FOGR MAXI-PROTM 2P 2743. The performance test of sprayer has been conducted by means of determination of the fog droplet spectrum microscope. The correlation between droplet sizes and spray volume has been discussed. The some parameters are measured, analyzed and computed, such as NMD and VMD, etc. the test shows that NMD of the sprayer is 25μm , VMD of the sprayer is 50μm, which is suitable to control pest and sterilize in large warehouses, docks stations, dumps, etc.
