| 摘 要： | 文章针对某发电厂600MW汽轮发电机组轴瓦振动大的问题,通过对机组启动、并网、正常带负荷运行过程中轴瓦振动特征的全面分析,对该机组振动性质、故障原因进行了分析判断,并提出了处理方案,改善了发电机运行工况。

| Abstract: | This paper in view of the bearing vibration problem of 600 MW turbo-generator of a power plant,comprehensively analyzes the bearing vibration characteristics through startup,combining to the grid and normal operation with load,Carried out to determine the unit’s vibration properties and the cause of malfunction.And proposes treatment program to improve the generator operating conditions. |
