| Abstract: | Total Cost Management is a whole process,all elements,all the risk,the whole team as one of the cost management.The whole process of cost management in order to take into account the main line of cost,schedule,quality,safety,the relationship between the four elements,coordinate grid construction projects in the interests of the parties participating in the construction,cost management to identify and prevent risks,to achieve cost effective and system control. |
