摘    要:目前传统的PLC实验课大多单纯的为理论教学服务,实验项目单一,程序简单且学时紧张,已经无法满足工业现场的实际需求.本实验平台以电机调速系统为例,以西门子PLC300为核心,将变频器MM440、触摸屏以及光电编码器、三相异步电动机等基本单元通过现场总线连接在一起进行控制.学生在学习PLC控制技术的同时,探索如何学习、使用与PLC相关联的其他设备,学生通过理论与实践相结合的方式进行PLC系统硬件设计、软件编程、监控画面组态设计、数据通讯以及控制理论等方面知识的综合应用.

Abstract:At present, most of the traditional PLC experimental courses are only for the theoretical teaching, but the experimental items and programs are single and easy, and the learning-time isn`t enough, which has made it unable to meet the actual needs of the industrial environment.Motor speed control system is offered to be an example of the experimental platform, which is connected by the field bus to be controlled, with PLC as the core several basic units, such as the SIEMENS S7-300PLC, frequency transformer MM440, touch screen and photoelectric encoding speed sensor, etc.By studying PLC control technology, students can learn how to recognize and use other equipments.Students can verify the theory of hands-on practice, fulfill the integrated application of hardware design, software programming, configuration design, data communication and control theory of the PLC system to carry on the comprehensive application.
