| 摘 要： | 微波加热原油具有加热时间短、升温快,整体加热且加热均匀,有利于环保,易于实现自动化控制等优势,广泛应用于石油工业领域,是一个具有发展潜力的新兴课题。在微波加热原油降凝降粘实验的基础上,着重探讨了微波加热技术在原油管道输送加热中的应用。介绍了微波加热原理及其组件功能,阐述了原油管道输送微波加热系统的基本构成,并提出了结构设计和模糊控制方案,对于微波加热样机的研制具有理论和现实意义。
