摘    要:涡流管是一种结构较为简单的机械装置,能够使压缩气体通过时呈现出独特的能量分离效应,在天然气等领域具有广阔的应用前景,当前能量分离效率偏低是制约其大规模推广应用的瓶颈。详细地介绍了国内外涡流管能量分离性能及优化等研究成果,着重对影响能量分离效率的结构参数、操作参数、工作介质及连接回路等问题进行了评述,指出天然气管道系统急需的涡流管加热技术以及亟待开展的重难点工作,以期为后续研究提供借鉴。

Abstract:Vortex tube is a kind of mechanical device with simple structure,which can make the compressed gas present a unique energy separation effect when passing through.It has a broad application prospect in natural gas and other fields.The current low energy separation efficiency is the bottleneck restricting its large-scale application.This paper summarizes the research results of energy separation performance and optimization of the vortex tube at home and abroad in detail,focuses on the review of structural parameters,operation parameters,working medium and connecting circuit that affect the energy separation efficiency,and points out the heating technology of vortex tube urgently needed in natural gas pipeline system,and the important and difficult work to be carried out,which can provide reference for the follow-up study.
