| 摘 要： | 针对全框和底框多层商住楼的结构特征 ,从“合肥市防震减灾信息系统”中合肥市某辖区房屋抗震调查资料中抽样 ,运用结构易损性方法对该类房屋可能发生震害情况进行了分析 ,给出了工程投资、震害损失及投资效益之间关系的综合评价方法 ,为多层商住楼的结构选型和工程投资效益的优化提出了有价值的分析结果。

| Abstract: | The chapter is based on the building earthquake-proof investigation data of the Hefei City Earthquake Disaster Reduction Information System in the central zone of Hefei City,and the different structure has own characteristic.The author uses the method of the vulnerability analysis to evalute relation among project investment,earthquake disaster losses and investment profit.At last,The overall evalualion way is given to offer the oretical base between structure choice and project investment profit. |
