Abstract: | Nano TiO 2 powder was prepared by hydrothermal method using starting material anhydrous TiCl 4 and H 2SO 4. The transformation from anatase phase to rutile phase in the nanometer ZiO 2 powder was alsostudied. The results show that temperature is much lower than that of the transformation for conventional TiO 2 materials. |
