| 摘 要： | 提出了网上科研项目管理系统的体系结构和设计思想；认为B／S（浏览器／服务器）模式更适用于网上科研项目管理。包括科研项目网上申报、评审系统、科研项目过程管理系统、科研信息管理系统。此科研项目管理系统对加强科研项目管理、提高科研管理效率和水平有着十分重要意义。

It is quite significance to enhance scientific management and to improve efficiency or level of scientific management. |
