城市商业步行街区的问题及对策——以合肥市淮河路步行街为例

现代城市商业步行街区是城市的社会活动中心和人际交往中心.近年由于我国城市经济的发展,商业步行街已成为各个城市设计与建造的热点.其中虽然也不乏有特色突出的步行街出现,但是与国外相比,在步行街的景观塑造、交通组织、生态环境、文化内涵等方面还有一定差距.文章以合肥市淮河路步行街为例,分析了我国城市商业步行街区面临的各种问题,提出要通过以人为本的景观设计、整治交通秩序、改善生态环境、提升文化品位等手段,来为市民提供一个适合于购物和休闲的优良环境.

Problems and Countermeasures of the Urban Commercial Pedestrian Block Taking Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street of Hefei for Example

The commercial and pedestrian block has been the social activity and exchange center of the modern urban.In recent years,it has become a hot in the urban design and construction because of the economic development of the urban.Although there are some with outstanding characteristics,compared with those in foreign countries,there are still some distance in the landscape design,traffic organization,ecological environment and cultural connotation.The article,taking Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street for example,analyses various problems facing the urban commercial pedestrian block and puts forward that the urban provides a good environment suitable to citizen's shopping and relaxation through the human-related landscape design,traffic system regulation,ecological environment improvement and cultural grade promotion.
