With the development of social economy, the combination between urban construction and Civil Air Defence is taken seriously and expanded continuously.Basement design of Air defense is the issue we often encounter in engineeing construction .It has its own characteristics in load confirmation,analysis of internal force and structure. As a part of building, it has been widely used. Therefore,the difficulties of air defence basement transferring design from peacetime to wartime appear frequently in structure design. How to coordinate the different use between peacetime and wartime of air defence basement has become an important task in structure design.
