| Abstract: | We can generalize a investment assessment model of investing roods and bridges project through traffic volume prediction , market analysis, technic analysis and economic ananlysis. Combining with management strategy and resource of the enterprise , the enterprise can make a scientific and systematic evaluation on such project according to this model. |
