新时代我国食品工业的目标与研究重点

摘    要:论述了新时代我国食品工业的发展要求,分析了确定中国食品工业发展目标的依据及所面临的挑战,强调了实现我国食品工业发展目标的研发重点,提出了振兴我国食品产业的发展战略.针对目前我国食品行业企业普遍缺乏科研及创新,占居民饮食主流的传统食品的加工还多处于手工作坊或半机械加工的现状,指出中国只有通过独立自主、科技创新的发展途径,早日实现各种传统食品的工业化,才能使我国食品工业发展水平、技术研发水平和研发队伍进入世界一流,我国的食品工业才能实现大发展.

Abstract:The development requirement of China food industry in the new age was reviewed in this paper. The basis of setting the development goals for China food industry and the challenge lying ahead were analyzed. The major research field of achieving the development goals of China food industry was emphasized. The development strategy for promoting China food industry was put forward. The current status that the food enterprises in China were short of scientific research and innovation and the traditional food processing was still in a state of manual workshop or half-machine operation were pointed out. Only when the industrialization of traditional food was realized by the development path of independent and technological innovation, the development level, technology development level, and development team of China food industry could struggle the world first-class.
