“人格”一词广泛应用于社会科学的各个领域。伦理学领域中道德人格的培养,有助于提升大学生个体的道德水平,有利于促进社会整体的道德进步。人格培养的途径和方法是多样的,在传统德育的基础上,还应融入审美教育,引入心理健康教育,加强自我教育。

On the Cultivation of the Personality of the College Students Nowadays

The word "personality" is widely used in every field of social science. It is helpful to raise the individual moral level of the college students and to premote the advance of the morality of the whole society for the cultivation of moral personality in the ethic field. The ways and appreaches to cultivate the personality of the collete students are abundant. However, the aesthethic education should be emphasized, the mental healthy education should be introduced and the self-education should be strengthened on the basis of the traditional morality.
