Practical Approaching to Integration of Humanistic Quality Education and English Teaching of Vocational and Polytechnic Colleges

It is essential to promote integration of humanistic quality education and English teaching of vocational and polytechnic colleges.The interrelations between course teaching and humanistic quality education have been analyzed.The ways of humanistic quality education in English teaching are as follows：paying attention to background knowledge to train cross-cultural idea;developing feeling resource to embody emotional teaching;keeping in contact with social situation to strengthen social responsibility and suffering sense;changing teaching model and emphasizing mutual action between teacher and students to train self-confidence and team spirit.It is suggested that English teacher should take some countermeasures to improve teaching effects：innovating in teaching ideas to change teacher＇s role;adapting to new requirements to raise teacher＇s English teaching contents;using advanced teaching mediums to improve teaching effects;taking appreciative teaching model to strengthen student＇s confidence.
