| 摘 要： | 随着我国大学生就业压力的逐年增打,大学生就业工作已成为社会关注的重点,如何有效地促进大学生就业工作成为各所高校研究的新课题。文章针对职业指导与这一问题结合讨论,初步分析了职业指导在促进大学生就业工作中的作用和重要性。

| Abstract: | With several years of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in our country, the number of college graduates dramatically increases and college students＂ employment has become a social focus. So, how to effectively promote the university students＂ employment has become a new subject for colleges to study. Aiming at career guidance, this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the roles and importance of career guidance in the promotion of college students＇ employment. |
