| 摘 要： | 人格是指个体人格的道德规定性。在社会主义市场经济条件下，加强对青年学生的人格教育应着重帮助其树立正确的理想信念，培养爱国主义、集体主义、为人民服务的思想品德和有利于发展社会主义市场经济的思想道德及人文精神。

| Abstract: | Personality refers to the moral stipulation of individual personality. Under the condition of socialism market economy, we should put stress on helping the students to build the correct ideal faith, training their patriotism, collectivism, moral character of serve-the-people and being beneficial to the development of socialism market economy and humanism to strengthen the personality education of the young students. |
