| 摘 要： | 为适应21世纪教育改革与发展,建设一支高素质的高等职业教育教师队伍,教师教育模式必须向新模式转变.针对传统教师教育模式对高职教育的影响,对教师教育新模式的特征以及反思型、体验型、实践型教师教育模式作了分析介绍.

| Abstract: | To build the high-quality faculty of higher vocational education for keeping abreast with the educational reform and development,the model of teacher education needs to be changed to a new one.In view of the influences of the traditional model on higher vocational education,this paper presents a survey of the characteristics of the new model and of reflection-,experience-and practice-oriented patterns of teacher education. |
