| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习是高职教育工学结合人才培养模式的有效形式，对于提高学生的岗位职业能力具有十分重要的作用．影响顶岗实习教学质量既有学校的因素，更有企业的因素．要提高顶岗实习的教学质量需要政府的正确引导，企业的积极参与，学校自身制度的完善．

| Abstract: | As an effective form of personnel training pattern based on work-integrated learning in higher vocational education,post practice plays an extremely great role in improving students' post technical ability.Factors that affect the teaching quality of post practice consist those both of colleges and of enterprises.To upgrade the teaching quality of post practice,it is necessary for governments to guide properly,enterprises to participate in actively and colleges to perfect their systems. |
