摘    要:基于高职院校辅导员工作现状,通过问卷调查方式,分析了高职院校辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题,在保证人员配备、加强专业化建设、保持动态稳定、建立保障机制及提高自身素养等方面,提出了促进辅导员队伍稳定与良性发展的相关对策.

Abstract:Based on the present situation of instructors' work in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes problems in instructor team construction through questionnaires and puts forward related countermeasures to promote instructor team's stable and benign development in aspects of guaranteeing staffing,strengthening specialized construction,keeping dynamic stability,establishing guarantee mechanism and improving self accomplishment.
