芬顿法处理肝素废水影响因素的探讨

摘    要:通过正交实验设计对Fenton试剂处理肝素废水的影响因素进行讨论,得出了影响因素的次序及最佳工艺条件.即:pH值〉Fe^2+的投加量〉H2O2的投加量〉反应时间;在pH为6.00,FeSO4·7H2O的投加量为2.5g/L,H2O2的投加量为2.75(‰,V/V)的条件下,搅拌25min,CODQ值由预处理后的1268.44mg/L降至不足70mg/L,CODcr去除率达到94.5%.

Abstract:By orthogonal experiment design method, this paper discussed the influencing factors on the treatment of heparin sodium wastewater with Fenton's reagent, which resulted in the sequence of influencing factors and the best technological conditions. The results showed that the sequence of influencing factors was pH value, amount of Fe^2+ , dosage of H2O2 and reaction time, and with pH value of 6.00, FeSO4 - 7H20 dosage of 2.5 g/L,H2 O2 concentration of 2.75‰(V/V) and churning time of 25 rain, CODcr reduced from 1 268.44 mg/Lafter pre-treating to less than 70mg/L, the removal efficiency of which reached 94.5 %.
