大气环境下锈蚀钢筋力学性能试验研究分析

摘    要:从现场的钢筋混凝土构件中取出锈损程度不一的钢筋133根作为试件,对其进行了除锈处理和包括屈服强度、极限强度、伸长率在内的力学性能试验.根据试验数据,进行了充分分析和对比,初步找出了锈损钢筋的力学性能有随着钢筋锈蚀率的增大而下降的规律.这一规律对于今后进行锈损钢筋混凝土结构的耐久性及可靠性鉴定等研究打下了基础,提供了依据.

Abstract:From the reinforced concrete members,133 bars rusted at different levels were taken as the test pieces.Rust removal was done to them,and their mechanical properties were tested,including the yield strength,the ultimate strength and the elongation rate.A careful comparison and analysis was made upon the test data,which revealed that the mechanical properties of the bars vary inversely with the rusting rate.And this lays foundation for the durability study and the reliability assessment of the corroded concrete structure.
