摘    要:用正交试验设计的方法研究了复合热稳定剂、CPE(氯化聚乙烯)、轻质CaCO3(碳酸钙)以及PVC型材废角料对型材复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:实验范围内,稀土复合稳定剂为材料冲击性能的主要影响因素,型材废角料是材料拉伸强度的主要影响因素.综合分析得最佳配方:稀土复合热稳定剂5份、CPE 5份、轻质CaCO310份和PVC型材废角料20份.

Abstract:The orthogonal experimental design method has been used to investigate the effects of composite heat stabilizer, CPE (chlorinated polyethylene), light CaCO3 (calcium carbonate) and PVC profile scraps on the performance of profile composite materials. The experimental results show that rare-earth composite stabilizer and the profile scraps are the main factors that affect the impact property and the tensile strength of the profile composite materials respectively in this study. The optimized formulation by comprehensive analysis is rare-earth composite stabilizer 5 phr, CPE 5phr, light CaCO3 10phr and PVC profile scraps 20phr.
