摘    要:传道、授业、解惑是教师应有的职责,但是还必须具备创新能力.只有创新型的教师才能实施创新高职教育,才能培养出创新型的学生.针对高职教育的特点,从创新的心理素质、思维、基本能力、继续学习等方面对创新进行了分析,并提出要完善评价机制和深化教学改革、加强创新能力的培养,以便推动教师创新能力的提升.

Abstract:Propagating the doctrine, imparting professional knowledge and resolving doubts are teachers" responsibilities, but teachers should also have innovative abilities because only innovative teachers can implement innovative higher vocational education and cultivate innovative students. According to the characteristic of higher vocational education in our country, this paper analyzes innovation from aspects of psychological quality of innovation, innovative thinking, basic innovative ability and continue studying, and puts forward that we should perfect evaluation mechanism, deepen teaching reform and strengthen the cultivation of innovative ability to promote the improvement of teachers" innovative abilities. teachers" responsibility~
