高职女生职业决策自我效能感研究

摘    要:职业决策自我效能感直接影响着高职女生的职业决策能力,进而影响着高职学院的就业率及高职学校的稳定和发展.以江苏建筑职业技术学院的部分女生为测试结果,对修订后的高职女生职业决策自我效能量表的信度和效度进行了检验.结果显示,高职女生职业决策自我效能感在年级、学习成绩、家庭居住地等方面存在某些差异,其职业决策自我效能量表的信度、效度较好.

Abstract:Career decision-making self-efficacy directly influences the career decision-making ability of female students in higher vocational colleges. Furthermore, it influences the employment rate, stability and development of higher vocational colleges. Taking partial female students in Jiangsu Jianzhu Institute as examinee, this paper tests the reliability and validity of career decision-making self-efficacy scale which has been revised for female students in higher vocational colleges in order to study the current situation of career decision-making self-efficacy of female students in higher vocational colleges and help the students to understand and improve their career decision-making ability. The result shows that the reliability and validity of career decision-making self-efficacy scale for female students in higher vocational colleges are fairly good and the students' career decision-making self-efficacy varies in grades, academic achievements and living regions.
