| 摘 要： | 为培养适应房地产估价行业发展的高端技能型估价人才,对"房地产估价实务"课程进行理实一体化改革势在必行.在分析课程改革的行业及专业背景基础上,基于房地产估价员岗位内容及培养目标,从课程设计、教学内容、教学方式及考核方法等方面对"房地产估价实务"课程理实一体化改革进行了探讨.

| Abstract: | In order to cultivate high level skilled appraisal talents to adapt industry development, theory-practice reform on real estate appraisal practice course is imperative. On the basis of anal- ysis on industry and specialty background of course reform, this paper discusses theory--practice integration of the course from course design, teaching content, teaching method and examination method based on post content and cultivation of real estate assessor. |
