铁仔不同器官微量元素的含量测定

摘    要:采用原子吸收光谱法测定了铁仔的根、茎、叶和果中铜、铁、锌、锰等4种微量元素的含量。结果表明,铁仔根、茎、叶和果各部分均含有丰富的铁和适量的Mn、Zn和Cu,其中,根的铁含量达到297.8410μg/g;叶的Mn和Zn含量分别为78.8291μg/g和20.6814μg/g,果的Cu含量为12.6383μg/g。

Determination of Trace Metals in Different Organs of Myrsine africana

Abstract:The contents of Cu, Fe, Zn and Mn in root, stem, leaf and fruit of Myrsine africana were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that there are abundant Fe and moderate Mn, Zn and Cu in root, stem, leaf and fruit of Myrsine Africana. Fe content is the highest in root (297. 8410 μg/g) , Mn and Zn contents are highest in leaf (78. 8291 μg/g and 20. 6814 μg/g, respectively), and Cu content is the highest in fruit (12. 6383 μg/g). New scientific evidences were provided for the further studies and comprehensive utilization of medicinal efficiency of Myrsine africana.
