安全电压下石墨基导电砂浆的致热、除湿和除冰效果

摘    要:以自制的石墨基导电砂浆板为研究对象,在外加安全电压下,对其致热、除湿和除冰的效能进行了研究。介绍了石墨基导电砂浆板的制作流程及实验装置,SEN表征了其内部形貌结构,得出了导电砂浆板的温度变化、工作效能等随通电时间的变化结果。实验结果表明,石墨作为导电砂浆的功能基元,能均匀分散,形成一个完整的导电网络;给石墨基导电砂浆板输入35.8V的安全电压,其自身升温速率平均达1.57℃/min,最高除湿速率为0.42(g·m^-2·℃^-1s^-1),最高除冰速率达到100(g·m^-2·min^-1)。

Study on the Effect of Graphite-based Conductive Mortar on Inducing Thermal, Dehumidification and Deicing under the Safety Voltage

Abstract:Self-made graphite-based conductive mortar is the object of the thesis, and after the application of exterior safety voltage, the effectiveness of heating, deicing and dehumidification of the self-made graphite-based conductive mortar was studied. The operation process of the conductive mortar and the experimental devices were introduced and the inner morphology of it was also represented by SEM. Then the relationship between temperature, work effectiveness and electrifying time was found out. The result of the experiment demonstrates that as a functional element of conductive mortar, the graphite can be dispersed evenly and then form an integrated conductive work; As the applied voltage of graphite-based conductive mortar is 35.8 V, the heating rate of it reaches 1.57 ℃/min, the maximal dehumidification rate is 0.42 g/m2/℃/s and the maximal deicing rate achieves 100 (g·m^-2· min^-1).
