| 摘 要： | 针对现阶段装载机自动称重存在的不足，提出了通过同步采集动臂举升角位移及相应位置举升缸压力值来计算铲斗中货物重量的自动称重方法，建立了数学模型，并基于此模型设计了称重系统．实验结果表明，该方法可行．

| Abstract: | Aimed at the drawbacks of current automatic weighing mechanics, the automatic weighing method that the weight of freight in bucket was calculated by sampling synchronisticaUy the lifting angular displacement of moving arms and the pressure value of lifting cylinder at corresponding position was proposed. And the mathematics model was built, based on which, the weighing system was designed. The experiment results show that the method is feasible. |
