| 摘 要： | 根据区域防空预警作战筹划过程的检验评估需求和当前部队作战与训练实际需要,提出了作战筹划过程中的人工计算、计算机模拟推演、实兵演练3种检验评估方法,并进行了检验评估实施分析.同时,对3种方法的优缺点进行了分析,明确了区域防空预警系统作战筹划过程中完整的体系检验评估方法,为区域防空预警作战筹划评估提供理论与方法支撑.

| Abstract: | According to the requirements for test and assessment of operational planning process of area air-defence early-warning and the present operation and training of uites,this article puts forward three types of test and assessment methods in the operational planning process,including manual work,desktop maneuvers and actual maneuvers,makes and an analysis of test and assessment.Meanwhile,the merit and demerit of the three schemes is analyzed,and a set of complete test and assessment system in the operational planning process of area air-defence and early-warning cleared,providing a theoretical and methodological support for the assessment. |
